Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing an inviting atmosphere, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our establishment and contributing to the overall hospitality experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and well-stocked and closing.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, processing payments efficiently.
Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently multitasking during peak hours.
Experience

Previous experience in a bartending or food service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash handling and POS systems.
Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the hospitality industry is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
