This is a permanent position !!!

We are looking for someone to join our team .Cafe experience preferred but not essential . Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of food items in accordance with food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including dining spaces and kitchen.
Serve customers efficiently, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for processing payments.
Support the team in managing inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive atmosphere for both staff and customers.
Qualifications

Previous experience in a café or food service environment is essential.
Understanding of food safety practices is required; relevant training will be provided.
Basic maths skills to handle transactions and manage stock effectively.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
A friendly disposition with a willingness to help both customers and team members.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
