HGV Class 1 | Hemel Hempstead

HG are recruiting HGV 1 Drivers to work with our client based in Hemel Hempstead working on a long term/temp to perm basis. Start times will be from 2200-0000 with no Saturday night working.

Rates from £16.24, up to £20.41

You will be required to carry out a maximum of 3 deliveries of palletised goods in any one shift. You will be loading and unloading your vehicle using tail lift & either a manual or electric pump truck. Ensuring deliveries are carried out safely on a day to day basis.

The Role

Maximum of 3 drops/collections per day

Loading and unloading vehicle.

The Requirements
• HGV 1 license - New Pass Welcome
• HGV 1 licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
• Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
• A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
• Excellent geographical knowledge
• Customer focused attitude.
