About Us:

Get Back Physiotherapy is a patient-centered orthopedic and pelvic health physiotherapy clinic located in South Etobicoke. We provide hands-on, personalized care to help individuals recover, strengthen, and get back to their best selves. We are now seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to help us grow strategic partnerships with local companies and medical professionals.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and personable individual who can help us expand our referral base and corporate partnerships. This role involves connecting with HR teams, OBGYNs, family physicians, chiropractors, gyms, and other community stakeholders to establish long-term patient referral relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to local businesses for employee wellness partnerships (e.g., clinics, gyms, childcare centers, warehouses, etc.)
Pitch physiotherapy packages and workplace wellness initiatives (e.g., posture screening days, ergonomic assessments)
Build referral networks with OBGYNs, family doctors, doulas, and maternity clinics
Set up meetings, lunch-and-learns, or presentations to showcase clinic services
Follow up with leads, negotiate contracts, and maintain ongoing professional relationships
Maintain CRM or simple reporting on leads and partnerships
Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service industry sales is an asset
Comfortable with cold calling, in-person visits, and email outreach
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Familiarity with physiotherapy or pelvic health is a bonus (not required)
Job Type:

Part-time or Contract / Commission-Based
Flexible hours with performance-based incentives
Compensation:

Base hourly pay.
Bonus available for long-term referral contracts secured.
