Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
Maintain an organised sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers to drive sales.
Support promotional activities and assist in the execution of marketing strategies.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience

Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous, particularly in Spanish or other languages.
