Residential Property Manager – Part-Time / Full-Time

East Perth, WA
Flexible Hours | Part-Time or Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $40 – $50 (based on experience)

About Us

We are a growing property management company that recently expanded from a dynamic and well established finance and accounting boutique. Our focus is on delivering personalised, high-quality service without the pressure and stress often experienced in larger agencies.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of high-net-worth clients across the Perth metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end property management processes, a strong working knowledge of the WA Residential Tenancies Act, and hold a current WA Property Management Registration (DMIRS).

You will be supported by our internal accounts team, which manages all trust accounting responsibilities, including end-of-month processing and compliance — allowing you to focus on tenant relationships, property care, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Tenant Management

Coordinate property advertising, tenant screening, and lease sign-ups
Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and bond lodgements
Ongoing Property Management

Conduct routine, entry, and final property inspections
Arrange and supervise maintenance and repairs using trusted contractors
Manage rent collection, arrears follow-up, and lease compliance
Ensure full compliance with the WA Residential Tenancies Act
Liaise with the internal Trust & Accounts team for invoicing and reporting (no trust accounting duties required)
What We’re Looking For - JOB DESCRIPTION

Minimum 2–3 years of residential property management experience
Sound knowledge of the WA Residential Tenancies Act
Current WA Property Management Registration (DMIRS)
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with Property Tree, PropertyMe, REIWA Forms, and REX CRM (preferred)
What We Offer

- Flexible working arrangements – part-time or full-time
- Schedule that suits your lifestyle (school hours welcome)
- No trust accounting responsibilities
- Independence in managing your portfolio, with director-level support
- A stable, long-term opportunity with potential for growth
- Competitive hourly rate of $40 – $50, based on experience
