✨ We're Hiring – Sales/Admin/Reception (Part-Time) | Sauna & Wellness Business – Malaga WA

Are you friendly, outgoing, and passionate about wellness? We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused person to join our team 3 days a week from 9:00am to 3:00pm at our Malaga location.

About Us: Rejuvenex is a growing sauna and ice bath company focused on helping people feel their best through premium wellness products and personalised service. Our small, passionate team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products and an outstanding customer experience.

Role Overview: You’ll be the welcoming face of our business – assisting walk-in customers, responding to enquiries, managing bookings, and supporting the sales and admin team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Answer phone and email enquiries
Process sales and take payments
Coordinate bookings, pick-ups, and deliveries
Light admin tasks including data entry and invoicing
Help maintain a clean, professional showroom environment
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is friendly, confident, and well-presented
Has previous experience in sales, customer service, admin or reception
Communicates clearly and professionally
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Is comfortable learning basic product knowledge (training provided)
Hours: 3 days per week (flexible which days), 9:00am – 3:00pm

Pay: $31,000.00 – $41,000.00 per year
