On behalf of our client DK Ceilings & Walls Pty Ltd, we are advertising. DK Ceilings & Walls is looking for Project Administrator to join their team based in Belmont WA 6104.

Position Overview

The Project Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the project management team in planning, executing, and finalizing residential and commercial construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors

- Maintain and update project documentation and records

- Prepare reports and documentation for stakeholders

- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

- Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials

- Provide administrative support to the project management team

Selection Criteria

- Previous experience in project or office administration in a construction setting

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $77,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
