Job Overview:
We are seeking an organised Credit Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be part of a team managing the company's credit control procedures, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Duties:
- Chase overdue invoices by telephone and email
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and disputes promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities
- Analyse financial data to identify delinquent accounts and recommend actions
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reconcile accounts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in credit control or a similar role
- Proficiency in data entry and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills to assess credit risk and financial data
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
