About the role:
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth through paid and performance media. In this role, you’ll manage and optimise campaigns across a variety of mid and bottom-funnel platforms to generate high-quality leads for Tyro’s direct sales team. Reporting to the Direct Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in achieving growth targets by constantly improving performance media channels and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external agencies. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills are essential as you plan, execute, and refine campaigns that make an impact.
What you'll do:
Paid Search
Strategic & technical SEM advice & support
Ability to research, build and optimise Paid Search accounts
Management of SEM agencies and platforms
Increased performance of SEM as a channel YoY
Programmatic
Strategic & technical Programmatic advice & support
A detailed understanding of the Programmatic landscape and how it works alongside other channels
Management of Programmatic agencies and platforms including negotiation of pricing
Increased performance of Programmatic as a channel YoY
Paid Social
Strategic & technical Paid Social advice & support
Ability to research, build and optimise Paid Social accounts
Management of Paid Social agencies and platforms
Increased performance of Paid Social as a channel YoY
Agency Management
Strategic advice and direction
Monthly task creation & assignment
Day-to-day management and project communications, stand ups etc
QA of all creative implementation
QA of all deployment changes
