We are seeking a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of our e-commerce platform(s), optimizing customer experience, increasing online revenue, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Management:
Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website(s) and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify,Kogan,Woolworths)
Sales & Performance:
Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, improve conversion rates, and increase average order value (AOV).
Digital Marketing Collaboration:
Coordinate with digital marketing teams/agencies on SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate campaigns to support e-commerce goals.
Product Management:
Oversee product listings, pricing, descriptions, categories, and merchandising to ensure accurate and compelling presentation.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, bounce rates, cart abandonment, and customer lifetime value. Use data insights to refine strategies.
Customer Experience (CX):
Ensure a smooth and intuitive online shopping experience, from site navigation and search functionality to checkout and customer service integration.
Inventory & Fulfillment:
Work with operations/logistics to manage stock levels, delivery timelines, and returns processing for online orders.
Technology & UX:
Collaborate with developers and designers to improve site performance, implement new features, and optimize mobile responsiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Knowledge of ERP/inventory systems and fulfillment processes
HTML/CSS or front-end dev familiarity is a plus
Experience in B2B or D2C e-commerce environments
