Delivery Driver – Fresh Bakery Goods

Dural to Gregory Hills & Return

Start time 5:00 AM

Finish time varies based on daily duties capped at 4hr shifts on weekends

Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time

Hourly Wage

Weekdays $27 p/h

Sat $34 p/h

Job Summary:

This role involves the timely and careful delivery of fresh cakes, pastries, and breads to our retail store(s), along with a variety of support duties in and around the kitchen and loading dock. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our products reach customers fresh and on time, while maintaining cleanliness and organisation in delivery and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently deliver palettes of fresh bakery goods to our store(s), starting from 5:00 AM.

Unload and deliver stock into the store, ensuring items are handled with care.

Assist in the packing and rotation of stock within the bakery kitchen.

Maintain cleanliness of the delivery van, both interior and exterior, to a high standard.

Wash down delivery crates after use.

Help keep the loading dock area clean, tidy, and organised.

Carry out general housekeeping duties as required to maintain a hygienic work environment.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and store teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Requirements:

A full NSW driving licence

Previous experience in delivery driving or bakery/food handling is an advantage.

Good time management and reliability – must be punctual and dependable.

Physically fit and capable of manual handling (lifting palettes, crates, etc.).

Comfortable with early starts and variable finishing times.

A positive attitude and willingness to help out in different areas of the operation.

Good communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
