Job Title: Trainer – International Accounting Standards

Description:

We seek a qualified International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS) Trainer to equip non-profit professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate complex financial reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training delivery, particularly in the non-profit sector, and be proficient in implementing IAS/IFRS in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver interactive training sessions on IAS/IFRS for non-profit organizations
• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including case studies and practical exercises
• Ensure participants gain practical skills in preparing compliant financial statements, managing restricted and unrestricted funds, and meeting donor and regulatory requirements

Requirements:
• Recognized certification in international accounting standards (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICAEW)
• Significant hands-on experience working with non-profit organizations
• Proven track record of successful training delivery in the non-profit sector

Preferred Qualifications:
• Expertise in non-profit accounting complexities, including donations, grants, and multi-year funding
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Engaging and interactive training delivery methods
