Job description
Job Title: Chief Financial Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing financial operations in our India branch, ensuring timely and accurate reporting as per international standards. Based in GIFT City, this position reports to the Finance Manager and Head of Finance in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective financial reporting strategies, including collaboration with management and stakeholders;
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives of financial reports, including retention of supporting documentation;
• Provide support for various projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:
• ACCA, CA, CPA qualification or relevant professional certification;
• Minimum 5 years' experience in finance, preferably with an insurer in the reinsurance industry;
• Strong technical competencies in IFRS and insurance accounting principles;
• Experience working with GL systems desirable;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Requirements:
✔ CA Inter qualification.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience working in a CA firm.
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit procedures.
✔ Ability to handle VAT compliance, tax filing, and interpretation of FTA regulations.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ UAE driving license preferred, but not mandatory.
