We are recruiting staff to work in the Office of the Minister for Health and Wellbeing.

Recruitment is open to government employees and external applicants who are passionate about providing quality customer service and can handle inquiries from the public with empathy and understanding.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high level, efficient and effective research, advisory and secretarial services to the Minister; analysing, preparing, coordinating and communicating information between the Minister’s portfolio areas, other Minister’s offices and external stakeholders; and liaising with the Chief of Staff, ministerial office staff and senior departmental executives on behalf of the Minister.
The Executive Assistant works with confidential and sensitive information and other matters on a daily basis; is responsible for the development and delivery of stakeholder engagement/management strategies; provides leadership in the implementation and review of protocols and procedures in relation to conduct required of Ministers and ministerial offices; and undertakes projects as required.
