About this opportunity:


Our Glenmore store in Rockhampton is currently looking for a motivated and hard working leader, to join and help lead the store's dairy & freezer department.


Reporting directly to the Dairy & Freezer Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for managing a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes + much more!


Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

Grocery or dairy/freezer retail knowledge is desired
Ability to supervise team members
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
Unparalleled commitment to customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both team members and management
A flair for merchandising
Commitment to work health and safety standards
