Begin a Fulfilling Career in Sports Turf Management
Join our four-year Apprenticeship program and gain hands-on experience at award winning sites across Canberra. You'll work alongside skilled professionals to maintain and enhance green spaces, and be a part of our great sustainability program, while also attending weekly classroom sessions to build your theoretical knowledge.

Throughout the program, you'll receive expert mentorship and practical training, leading to a nationally recognised Cert III trade qualification. Upon completion, you'll be well-prepared to step into leadership roles such as Team Leader or Site Manager, equipped with the confidence and skills to make a lasting impact in the field of horticulture.

About You
No experience necessary but a keen interest in sports grounds and working in the great outdoors is essential
Valid Drivers' license and access to a vehicle is preferred but not essential
National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Valid Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
Valid White Card (or willing to obtain)
