ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a vibrant and driven Duty Manager to join our team on a casual basis, this role requires flexibility to work 20-30 hours per week over a 7-day roster. If you are passionate about delivering superior customer service and enjoy a role full of variety, we want to hear from you! The successful applicant will have proficient gaming and liquor knowledge with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance.


ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will have at least two years of hospitality experience and a friendly and approachable character with excellent communication skills and initiative.

Exceptional customer service skills
Quick learner, passionate and enthusiastic
Trustworthy, reliable, and positive attitude
Extensive hospitality and retail experience preferable
Be well organised and able to wear many hats
Previous gaming experience is essential
Competent cash-handling skills
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)
Responsible Persons Badge or willing to obtain (Essential)
Basic Gaming and Advanced Gaming Certificates (Essential)
TAB experience is an advantage but not essential
Understanding of food safety and work health and safety legislation
Basic food-handling skills and experience
