About the Role

We are currently seeking a hands-on and mechanically minded Line Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Stapylton facility in the Logan/Northern Gold Coast region.

This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Shift Supervisor. You'll be responsible for operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our production lines running smoothly.


Your work pattern will include:

84 hours per fortnight
Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
7 shifts per fortnight, following a rotating cycle:
2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on - 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off
Two full weekends off per month
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor beverage filling and packaging machinery.
Keep raw materials and packaging supplies stocked for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot minor production line issues or escalate when required.
Assist with changeovers and preventative maintenance tasks.
Uphold hygiene and sanitation standards in line with HACCP and GMP requirements.
What You'll Bring

Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Mechanically inclined and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and hygiene protocols.
Experience with Krones/Kosme production lines or PET manufacturing is advantageous.
A current forklift licence and driver's licence (preferred).
