Lead and manage a team of Android developers to ensure successful completion of projects.
Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications for our clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Android development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical guidance.
Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the development process.
Mentor and train team members on best practices, coding standards, and new technologies.
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project guidelines.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on project progress.
Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new team members.
