Work on human resource transactions via our case management system, including the preparation of employment contracts and variation letters.

Provide transactional support during cyclical HR programs, for example remuneration reviews.

Support our broader human resource team as required for specific projects and initiatives from time to time.

Your experience and capability

Previous experience in human resources administration or a similar administrative role would be ideal.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and workload effectively.

Excellent attention to detail, ability to problem solve and handle sensitive information with professionalism and care

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A background in Customer service background and working as part of a team

Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office – in particular, Excel and Word.
