Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Barista/ All rounder to join our Silverwater team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.

You will play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

Barista/All Rounder responsibilities and duties:

Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
Good communication skills
Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty programs
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
Follow health and safety guidelines
Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items -- can make coffees with latte art
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
Contribute to a positive team environment
Barista qualifications and skills
POS and cash handling
Food handling and serving
cleaning of tables and washing crockery/utensils
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Right attitude – high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers.
Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team.
Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred
Able to handle 5kg coffee per shift
Immaculate personal presentation
Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts
Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $31.19 per hour

Expected hours: 30– 35 per week
