Fatehteg Ltd. based in Dunedin is looking for:

A DELIVERY DRIVER for driving a truck HINO to deliver goods in Otago region: Dunedin to Balclutha.

Only New Zealand citizen, residents or on an open work visa are eligible to apply if they have the relevant work experience as described below:

Work experience of 8 months in driving akin to Hino truck or heavier deliveries or disposals required.

Weekly wages will be paid in the nominated bank account.

overtime will be at same pay rate ($28-$30/ hour).

Minimum hours: 30-35 per week as flexibly required. Weekend availability.

JOB DESCRIPTION-

Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely
Loading and unloading vehicles
Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles
Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely
Ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage
Verifying loading documents, checking condition of goods
Reporting vehicle maintenance needs
Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Provide friendly customer service to every client
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations
Carry out such other duties which we may from time to time direct provided you
