The Role:
We are currently seeking licensed and experienced Security Guards to work in licensed venues, including pubs, bars, and clubs across Sydney’s Inner West, South West, and West.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Crowd control and patron management
Monitoring and maintaining venue safety
Conflict resolution and incident reporting
RSA compliance
Requirements:

Current NSW Security Licence
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
Well-presented, reliable, and professional
Availability to work nights and weekends
First Aid Certificate
