Groundworks is seeking talented Service Schedulers to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA!

Groundworks is the industry leader in home foundation repair. As a Service Scheduler, you will receive inbound calls from our existing customers in need of a service appointment to adjust, repair, or maintain the foundation solution we previously installed.

Additionally, you will place warm outbound reminder calls to our existing customers when it's time for recommended maintenance on the systems we previously installed.

With both call types, you will book service appointments in a fast-paced call center environment. You will also enter payment information into our system when selling and upgrading yearly maintenance packages.

Average earners take home $23+/hr! ($14/hr base + $3 bonus per each appointment booked & ran with no limit! Average booking rate is 3 appointments per hour per person.)

8 hour shifts, 5 days a week, with schedules between 7am-7pm. Rotating weekends are required.

Job Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound calls. All calls are warm, no cold calling!

Maintain customer information

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1+ years of customer service or retail experience and/or any customer facing experience that demonstrates the ability to communicate with a customer in a potential sales environment

Good phone skills and a competitive nature

Comfortable using computers, with a typing speed of 30+ words per minute

Positive and motivated with excellent communications skills

Able to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
