Job Description
• Prepares, cooks and serves a wide variety of food items for large quantity service according to preplanned menus, including special diet items.
• Assists or relieves cooks when directed.
• Directs and participates in the cleaning of the kitchen area and equipment.
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients

Qualifications
• Able to withstand long hours of standing, bending, and moving around
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Expert knowledge of various cooking methods and procedures
• One (1) year of work experience in the preparation and serving of food in a setting food service establishment.
• Some physical strength is required in lifting and carrying food, cooking supplies and equipment; also requires ability to stand for long periods of time; manual dexterity in the use and operation of kitchen appliances and equipment; work weekends and evenings.

Starting Time 8:00am

Wage $17.55 Per Hour to start

Part Time Available- could lead into full time status
