Teacher of Mathematics 2026

Melbourne Grammar School is seeking an exceptional Teacher of Mathematics, based at our South Yarra campus commencing in Term 1, 2026. The ability to teacher Year 12 Maths Methods and/or Specialist Mathematics is an advantage

This role will see you

Inspire and foster a passion and appreciation of learning in our students.
Work as a pedagogical educator, committed to driving and sharing best practice with other teachers.
Facilitate the exploration of student interests, fostering the pursuit of academic and personal growth.
Support the individual wellbeing of our students through our pastoral care programs.
You will

Have experience teaching Mathematics and a passion for the education of students from Years 7 to 12.
Work in partnership to deliver exceptional educational experiences we offer our students.
Collaborate with others to educate and nurture the whole person, fostering each student’s intellectual, spiritual, physical, psychological and emotional growth.
VIT registration, or the ability to gain VIT registration, is essential. Graduates are encouraged to apply.

This role is based at our South Yarra campus where our Senior School welcome around 850 boys in Years 9 – 12 each day and our Wadhurst campus, comprises 400 boys in Years 7 and 8 where they make the transition from primary to secondary education in an environment designed with their needs in mind.
