Dave’s Hot Chicken is on the lookout for a Shift Leader who’s passionate, hands-on, and ready to bring the heat every day.

What’s involved?

Leading by example on every shift—setting the pace, energy, and standards for the team
Managing daily shift operations including opening/closing the store, cash handling, and maintaining food safety standards
Supporting the management team by ensuring stock levels, cleanliness, and team readiness are always on point
Motivating and coaching team members to deliver fast, friendly, and flawless service
Handling guest feedback and resolving issues with confidence and care
Helping to train new team members and developing future leaders
Monitoring performance and assisting in delivering on sales and service goals
