Fulltime Position
sous chef required in the Guildford area for a good quality Hotel and fresh food restaurant, which is of a good rosette level. This role within the main kitchen serves up 2 rosette level dishes. Chef de partie £36000 package. This kitchen will look great for your career on your CV. The food is all fresh and you be using good produce.

The rolewe are looking for a sous chef for a hotel in the main kitchen, you will prep your fridge, cooking to a rosette level, have your fridge ready for service and cook in service. you will also support the head chef in the running the kitchen and the pass. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties.
Experiencewe are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background, cooked to a rosette level and a passion for amazing food.
