- Part-Time Construction Administrator – ZK Construction Group

ZK Construction Group is seeking a Part-Time Administrator to join our growing team. This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks, thrives in a remote work environment, and is eager to grow within the construction industry.

-Position Type:

Part-time
Remote / Work from Home
ABN preferred (contractor), employee option available
- No experience required – we’ll train the right person!
Experience is a bonus, but not essential. We value attitude, attention to detail, and reliability.

Strong attention to detail

Reliable and responsive – available for occasional urgent tasks
Able to work independently and in a small team

- Key Responsibilities

Uploading and dispatching jobs via our job management software
Scheduling subcontractors and tracking job progress
Booking staff travel, including flights, vehicles, and accommodation
Assisting with parts and materials ordering and logistics
Managing emails, data entry, and document formatting
Supporting basic social media content scheduling and planning
Filing digital receipts and managing timesheets
Coordinating with suppliers and trades to confirm deliveries or timelines
Following up on quotes, approvals, and compliance paperwork
