The role
Crown Melbourne is seeking a Direct Communications Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing Crown’s direct communications strategy across email, SMS, app, and direct mail channels. You’ll play a key part in ensuring campaigns are delivered flawlessly, on-brand, and aligned with business objectives.
Some of your key responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute direct communications (email, SMS, app, direct mail).
Ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and data-driven.
Collaborate with stakeholders and Creative Services on campaign planning and materials.
Manage data uploads and promotional system setups.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and Crown policies, including Responsible Gaming.
What you'll need to succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing services or direct communications.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
Collaborative team player with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Strong proficiency in Salesforce or CRM highly advantageous.
