Full job description
JSY TEA STORE MANAGER: This role requires a combination of retail expertise and strong operational skills, along with a background in hospitality. Sales experience in the retail industry is essential, and barista skills such as latte art are a plus.

1. Sales Responsibilities: Responsible for selling tea-related products in the store, working with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Strong sales awareness and goal-oriented mindset are required.

2. Operational Skills: Quickly adapt to tea preparation and tea beverage operations following training. Must be efficient and fast-paced.

3. Customer Interaction: Excellent communication skills and a quick learning ability to engage with customers effectively.

4. Team Management: Capable of organizing and managing staff training and inventory management tasks.

5, We prefer candidates who can work 30+ hours per week. Those available only during holidays or for less than 25 hours per week will not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
