About the Role

As our Procurement and Logistics Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our global operations running smoothly. From forecasting and managing stock levels to working closely with suppliers and ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics, you'll be essential in delivering the tools that power better heart health outcomes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on process improvement, loves digging into the detail, and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams across operations, clinical, sales, and finance.


Key Responsibilities

Procurement

Forecast and plan procurement needs across the global business
Manage purchase orders and vendor relationships
Negotiate pricing and supply contracts to ensure value and quality
Maintain accurate records of inventory, costs, and supplier data
Support ongoing cost-reduction and procurement process improvements
Logistics

Oversee incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring smooth delivery and tracking
Manage domestic and international shipments, including customs clearance
Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on shipping timelines and inventory updates
Coordinate returns of faulty medical devices
Ensure accurate freight costing and reporting

About you

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

Experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain roles
Solid negotiation and contract management skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
A proactive, can-do mindset and a collaborative approach
