demi chef de partie required for a fresh food kitchen in the cotswolds area, this is a live in role, this is a rosette level. 36k package, live in.
The roleWe are looking for a demi chef de partie to run a section in the kitchen, you will cook and prep your fridge using local produce. This role will include all the normal demi chef de partie duties.
ExperienceWe are looking for a demi chef de partie from a fresh food background, you will have good knife skills and able to deal with seasonal produce.
