Care Home Chef

Location: Rochford
Hours: 07:30am – 17:00pm
Pay: £14.50 per hour

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Chef to join our friendly team. You’ll play a vital role in preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals that make a real difference in our residents’ daily lives.

About the Role:
Prepare and cook fresh, balanced meals in line with dietary requirements
Ensure all food is presented to a high standard
Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
Work collaboratively with care staff to plan menus and accommodate individual needs

Requirements
• Experience as a Chef or Cook (ideally in a care setting, but not essential)
• Enhanced DBS check
• Relevant cookery qualifications
• A genuine passion for cooking wholesome meals
• Awareness of dietary requirements and allergens
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
