What You’ll Be Driving

Craft compelling, insight-driven marketing campaigns tailored to unique customer segments that drive awareness, advocacy, and conversion.
Build strong partnerships across teams and with external collaborators to deliver integrated solutions, craft compelling stories and amplify impact and tangible outcomes.
Optimise performance by tracking results, reporting on outcomes, and refining campaigns to achieve targets.
Lead multi-channel activations for new launches, tariff updates, and engagement programs that make a real difference.
Use customer insights to shape bold campaign narratives delivered through the most effective channels.
Balance multiple high-impact projects with accuracy and agility.
Inject bold, strategic thinking into everything you do – always looking for new ways to improve customer engagement.

What You’ll Bring
A strong track record in successful marketing strategy and campaign delivery, with a focus on product launches and conversions.
Expertise across multi-channel marketing and media planning, backed by sharp communication skills and strong implementation capability.
A customer-first mindset, with proven experience to translate customer and market insights into powerful campaigns.
An appreciation of best practice for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) audiences.
A strong background in developing and delivering end-to-end marketing strategies.
Strategic smarts with hands-on flair—you think big and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
A degree in Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline.
