Curtin Heritage living is a not-for-profit provider of residential care, retirement living and home care services. We predominantly provide services to older people living in the western suburbs of Perth.

Curtin Heritage Living has two retirement communities. Waterfront Cottesloe is a multi-award-winning resort style integrated community overlooking iconic Cottesloe beach. RiverSea Mosman Park is a small garden community located next to Monument Hill in Mosman Park.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Village Manager who enjoys the challenge of working in a consumer-centric environment and helping older people on a day-to day basis.

You will have the best of both worlds. The role is hands on, and you will get to establish close working relationships with each resident and assist in the delivery of resident activities. You will also have direct input into apartment sales and have an administrative function that will include the coordination of a concierge and a great team of support staff and contractors.

You will be based at our Cottesloe beachside community but will be required to travel to our Mosman Park site on a regular basis.

You will have:

Experience working as a Village Manager
Experience in village sales or real estate
An interest in working with older people
Computer literacy – all our systems are electronic
A Current driver’s license
A National police clearance - we can help you to get one if you need
