About the Role:
As a Concession Manager, you will oversee operations, sales, financial growth, team management, and ensuring 5-star customer service. You will:
Lead and support the team.
Manage operational tasks such as rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting, recruitment, training, and coaching.
Provide genuine, personalised service.
Drive sales and achieve KPI's.
Promote the brand as a brand ambassador.
Cultivate a supportive, high-performing team culture.
Collaborate with Concession support staff.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have a service-orientated mindset, and a drive for achieving sales results. Key skills and attributes include:
Experience in retail, ideally fashion retail.
Exceptional standards in both management and customer service.
A talent for fostering a lively and collaborative team environment.
Experience in exceeding KPI's and delivering 5-start customer service.
