Full job description
Casual Receptionist for Scarborough Podiatry with availability required on Friday.

We are also looking for someone with the potential to assist with covering annual leave at our other locations including Cannington, Scarborough Beach and Nedlands.

Own transport and rights to work within Australia is essential.

This is unlike any standard repetitive reception role and requires the successful applicant to have the following qualities:

- Drivers License and willingness to travel to different locations if needed

- Flexible with work hours

- Pay as per the Health professionals support services award

We currently have 13 clinics across Perth with our own reception working onsite at 8 of them.

This role requires:

- A reasonable understanding of computer systems or a willingness to learn

- Answering calls from different locations

- Making appointments and amending bookings

- Processing online claims and payments via EFTPOS or HICAPS

- Banking and reconciliation

As a part of a large team of healthcare professionals it is also required that support be provided to our clinicians, this could include the following:

- Sterilising tools

- Tidying the waiting room

- Calling clients

- Managing the clinicians diary

All training is provided and this role is suitable for all experience levels.
