Due to continued business growth, we’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Accounts Associate to join our dynamic Business Services team. As an Accounts Associate, you’ll be involved in the end-to-end preparation of accounts and personal tax returns, as well as playing a key part in supporting the wider team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a varied client base, work closely with senior colleagues, and benefit from full ACA study support as you progress toward becoming a fully qualified accountant.
About the role:
Assist the management team and Seniors with the compliance and delivery of their portfolios
Provide technical support to all team members as needed, contributing to overall team performance
Coach and mentor junior members of the team, helping them grow in their roles
Attend college and progress through all three levels of the ACA qualification
Undertake and complete the ACA course with full study support
Promote and support equality, diversity, and inclusion across the team and wider firm
About you:
AAT qualified or ACA part-qualified (QBE candidates also considered)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable in a client-facing role, with a proactive and team-focused mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines effectively
Committed to delivering excellent client service and contributing positively to team culture
