Telecaller (Female Preferred) – Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients
• Explain company products/services in a clear and professional manner
• Maintain a database of leads and follow-up with potential customers
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries
• Maintain call records and daily reports

Requirements:
• Female candidates preferred
• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (Freshers are welcome)
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, Word)
• Polite, confident, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
