Family Aquatics is making waves—and we’re looking for two new team members to join us:

Assistant Manager & Learn to Swim Instructor
Learn to Swim Instructor
1. Assistant Manager & Learn to Swim Instructor

Min. 20 hours/week
Hourly Rate: $35–$38 (based on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching babies, toddlers, kids & adults to swim with confidence
Leading by example and supporting our amazing swim team
Assisting with class scheduling, team training, and poolside coordination
Providing excellent front desk support—greeting families, managing bookings, handling emails & calls
Creating a warm, welcoming vibe for every swimmer
Helping run smooth day-to-day operations while still getting in the pool!
2. Learn to Swim Instructor

Min. 20 hours/week
Hourly Rate: $25–$35 (based on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing:

Teaching babies, toddlers, kids & adults how to swim with confidence
Supporting reception duties when needed
Creating a welcoming, fun, and safe learning environment for families
Who We’re Looking For (Both Roles):

Qualified: AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia certification + CPR + Blue Card
Passionate about teaching and water safety
Friendly, proactive, and team-oriented
Great with kids, families, and communication
Interested in long-term growth in a fun and supportive environment
