About Us: CoVE Upper Mount Gravatt is a student-friendly co-living community located in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD. This property is owned and operated by Aspen Group Limited. Position Overview: As a Property Assistant/Administration, you will be crucial in maintaining the efficient daily operations of our property management services. Your role will involve handling administrative tasks, supporting property management functions, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents and clients. If you have prior experience in similar roles, a strong drive to succeed, and a commitment to making a positive impact, we look forward to receiving your application!

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the property management team and handle various office tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and conducting daily admin tasks.
Assist with tenant enquiries or complaints in a professional manner, able to follow up with resolutions, and further feedback.
Coordinate and schedule property inspections, maintenance, and other activities.
Manage property documentation, including leases, inspection reports, and correspondence.
Assist with the onboarding of new tenants and the offboarding of departing tenants.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or property management role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software; experience with RMS software is preferred.
Ability to multitask, work independently and manage time effectively.
A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
