Lead bar service across Brisbane’s most iconic venues and deliver unforgettable event experiences!

The Fresh Collective Brisbane is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Bartender to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to a diverse range of high-profile functions and events at some of Brisbane’s most stunning venues, including:

Waters Edge at Portside Wharf
Riverlife at Kangaroo Point
Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane
As a Functions & Events Head Bartender, you'll ensure that all bar-related services are executed to a high standard—from setup and team leadership to stock control and pack down.

The Role

Work a variety of functions and events: cocktail parties, pop-up bars, dinners, and corporate functions
Oversee bar setup and breakdown, including stock management
Prepare and serve a range of beverages: beer, wine, spirits, and simple cocktails
Ensure all bar operations comply with RSA regulations
20 hours per week
Casual award rates: Level 4
About You

At least 1 year of bartending experience; functions and events experience is highly regarded
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-end hospitality environments
Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Valid QLD RSA certification
Full working rights in Australia
