Job Summary

Join our team at a unique tourist attraction in Gold Coast! We are seeking an organized, energetic, and experienced customer-focused individual. This casual position offers the potential to transition to part-time or full-time based on performance. If you’re a motivated Games Master with great customer service skills and a passion for people, we want to hear from you today!

Duties

Provide safety rules and briefings to customers before their game
Track customers’ progress throughout the game and give hints when needed
Provide refreshments, photograph opportunities, and general advice/feedback after the experience
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Resolve any customer issues
Answer customer inquiries from walk-ins, telephone, and email
Arrange and add new bookings into our booking system
Assist with promotions, leaflets, and other marketing as required
Open and close the store as required
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Enthusiastic, bubbly, engaging, and keen to provide customers with a great experience
Exceptional customer service, oral, and communication skills
1+ years of experience in front-facing customer service and cash-handling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adapt well to difficult situations/customers and resolve issues empathetically and professionally
Good judgment and problem-solving skills with customers and staff
Intermediate Microsoft Office user with strong organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Available to work flexible days on a weekly roster, any day of the week
Good computer skills (booking systems, websites, etc.)
Shows initiative, ownership, and is proactive

Rostered hours between 9:30 am – 10 pm, which may change from time to time
Competitive hourly rate + performance bonus based on experience
Immediate start with a 6-month probation period
Full training provided with opportunities for progression
Job Type: Casual

Pay: $16.13 – $30.00 per hour
