A bit about the role…
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Flooring Team at Mitre 10 MEGA Petone
In this role you will be responsible for:
Providing exception Customer Service to our Trade and DIY Customers
Provide technical information and advice to our customers, ensuring they choose the right product for their project
Maintain recommended stock levels within the department
Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work environment
In addition, we are ideally seeking:
Basic computer knowledge
A good level of fitness as the position requires you to be on your feet for most of the day
Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
This is a full-time position, rostered Sunday - Thursday
