We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team and assist with casual cleaning duties at our beautiful Centre. If you're passionate about maintaining cleanliness and providing exceptional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Description:
THE ROLE!

As a Facility Cleaner, you will play a vital role in keeping our Centre spotless and ensuring it’s always ready to welcome guests.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
Ensuring that public areas such as exhibition halls, meeting rooms, corridors, foyers, balconies, bathrooms and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.
Ensuring that all guest requests for amenities and services are promptly fulfilled.
Reporting maintenance issues and attending to special cleaning assignments.
Assisting with guest enquiries inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

These are casual positions, with no set shifts or weekly hours. We are specifically looking for people who can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including days, nights and weekends

ABOUT YOU!

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous customer service experience in a busy customer facing role.
Ability to thrive in a fast pace and physically demanding role.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
A genuine passion for helping people and contributing to a positive environment.
