Dickson and Co Accountants Ltd is a well-established and growing accountancy practice based in Irvine, Ayrshire. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is confident managing multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookkeeping for a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors
Prepare and submit VAT returns (including MTD compliance)
Reconcile bank accounts and control accounts
Prepare monthly or quarterly management accounts
Assist with year-end accounts preparation
Liaise with HMRC and clients regarding queries or submissions
Support and mentor junior team members where required
Work closely with the Directors and other team members to ensure client deadlines are met
