About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the retail operations of the store. You’ll coach and develop your team, oversee stock and merchandising, manage rosters and recruitment, and drive a positive store culture focused on exceptional customer experiences.

What you’ll bring

Retail and team management experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Confidence working with KPIs, budgets, and rosters
A current (or willing to obtain) police check
Pharmacy experience and S2/S3 certification (a bonus, but not essential)
