A bit about us:
At Veterinary Care you will join a fantastic, dedicated team of Vets, Nurses and support staff. We have been providing care for Auckland Pets for over 20 years at our group of 3 clinics - Point Chev, Balmoral and Royal Oak.

We pride ourselves on looking after our staff well, so we can offer the highest standard of veterinary care we have become known for. Our team have the same common goal of providing gold-standard care to our patients and clients.

Our clinics are all equipped with state of the art in house blood analysers, digital radiography, dental radiography, and an internal ultrasound referral process run out of our Point Chev clinic.

Cases are varied and thorough work-ups encouraged. You'll enjoy great support from existing staff and referral clinics are readily available when needed.

What we are looking for:
A Small Animal Veterinarian with at least 3 years experience, confident with consults, routine surgery and dentistry and comfortable with some sole charge
A trailblazer with a positive outlook, willingness to expand, and an empathetic nature. A warm, friendly personality who loves working as part of a team
You'll be looking for a role across either 3 or 4 days per week plus a share of 1:4 Saturdays 9am-12pm
While this role is largely based at Balmoral - the flexibility to be rostered at Point Chev, Royal Oak or Balmoral clinics if needed to support our wider group of 3 clinics would be ideal
We are seeking someone who loves leading by example and values the importance of great leadership, communication, and is a driver.
The successful applicant will have a New Zealand recognised Veterinary qualification to be able to practice in New Zealand.
